SHIPPING UPDATE & 2023 Message of Thanks from Barbarossa

I'd like to first offer my profound gratitude to everyone’s tremendous welcoming-back of Barbarossa Customs in 2023.

The support has been incredible, and it’s led to a rather amazing year. In the seven months since reopening, I’ve managed to issue more new and elaborate projects than ever, as well as laid the groundwork for dozens of exciting entries for the future. Besides reestablishing operations, I’ve also worked to refine processes to accommodate an increasingly expanded catalog as well as more fans and customers.

I am extremely grateful for everyone bearing with me as I work to get everything caught up and on a six to eight week or less handling time.

At present, expect to see OCTOBER orders shipping by the end of DECEMBER and NOVEMBER orders by the end of JANUARY.  Yes, I am going by date-of-order so the earliest orders of the month will be in the mail first, etcetera.

As ever though, I do not merely offer my thanks, but when orders DO exceed the 8 weeks maximum estimated handling time, I make a point of including a random free bonus of some type…which you can expect if your order has not already been shipped and is past this maximum estimated period.

Also, as I think everyone knows by now, I make it a point of pride to ensure that the end result and quality of what I procure is always worth the wait.

Things are on track to return to six to eight weeks processing by the end of the First Quarter of 2024. To help ensure this, I will be closed for new sales the first two weeks of January as well as February.
