The Screaming Skull Returns: Spooky Season Preview, Pre-Orders Opened, Store Updates

Volume II, Issue 01. The Return of The Screaming Skull! (Now posted on the blog!)

After a long Summer of work, the store is back open for pre-orders and The Screaming Skull has returned with Volume II to bring you randomly regular updates on all things Barbarossa!

The modus operandi for the newsletter moving forward is TLDR so let’s get to it:

Featured Updates:

Spooky Season 2024 kicks off next week with my FIRST Monster Mash-Ups Origins Conversions Set featuring the first new Original Sculpts creations! Details will be revealed in the next issue of The Screaming Skull!

As for a hint, well, let’s just say I think you’re going to lose your heads over this one!

Order Updates:

1 – All pending orders through September will be in the mail by mid-month

2 – Any order that took longer than 8 weeks will receive a free surprise bonus

Newsletter Updates:

1 – The frequency will be random but the content will be substantial. My goal is to ensure when you see “The Screaming Skull”, you’ll want to be certain to read!

2 – The focus will be on new projects, new listings and important store updates

Customer Appreciation:

1 – If you placed an order from November, 2023 through September, 2024, look for an email soon with details on an extra bonus as thanks for your support!

Shipping Policy Updates:

1 – Pre-Orders now ship within 6 weeks of payment!

2 – Any delays will be advised of and a free surprise gift will be added

3 – “Hold My Stuff” shipping option has been retired

4 – I WILL combine shipping on multiple orders placed in the same calendar week

Store Site Updates:

1 – Many updates are being made, especially to listings to reflect the latest policy updates.

2 – The new shipping policies are in effect as of now and override anything contradictory in listings which are pending-update.

Communications Updates:

1 – Emails are only checked on business days

2 – I will do my best to reply within 48 business hours of receiving an email but please be patient

3 – I am nearly caught up on pending messages; if you’re still waiting on a reply, you should have one soon

4 – Email is still the way to reach me; I still don’t make regular use of messengers or other sites
